The interior has vinyl covered gypsum wall covering and carpet in each of the nine classrooms and computer lab, while the exterior incorporated a combination of Luxbrick thin brick veneer and UltraCrete textured coating to meet the city’s masonry requirements and to blend in with the school’s existing structures.

Blue Ridge ISD – Elementary School https://www.viennavahouses.com/blog/portfolio/blue-ridge-elementary-school/ Thu, 12 Oct 2017 10:55:13 +0000 http://ramtechgroup.com/empiredd/?post_type=portfolio&p=2623 During the final phase of Ramtech’s construction of Blue Ridge ISD’s middle school, we began the demolition of some existing structures and the extensive site work required for a two-story 28,200 square foot elementary school building, expanded parking area, and new road. The ABS permanent modular construction approach was then used to manufacture and construct a facility that features 17 classrooms, two science labs, administrative office space, and a combined library and media center. Like the middle school, the building has integrated data, communication, and alarm systems, as well as a mechanical and lighting system designed to accommodate the District’s energy management system. The new school also incorporates a full-height split-faced block exterior to match the other surrounding structures.
