Bush and Bill Clinton, federal disaster funds were secured to build a facility using modular construction that would meet FEMA’s 130 mph wind and tidal surge requirements. As a strategic subcontractor, Ramtech provided structural design, manufacturing, and construction services for a 26,128 sq’ acute-care hospital installed on a driven pile foundation with reinforced concrete piers six feet above the existing grade.
